you ever notice how women are always on the phone with other women??/ what the hell are yall talking about???//! we make fun of people posting on instagram what they ate for lunch everyday and posting their kids perfect homework grades constantly butt uhhhhhh… that’s all y’all do with each other on the phone too. yall need each other. we get it butt uhhhhhhh.. we need y’all too. so can y’all please stop talking about love and hip hop atlanta for a minute. y’all worried about other people’s business who really aint got no answers to life. y’all aint talking about nothing. they’re just trying to get a check too, like you. there are real things happening in the world right now that require a woman’s love, tenderness, and prayer. we gotta start looking inside ourselves for the truth again because, we all know this world is a lie. i’ve been growing mi hair out for more than a while now and i AM proud to say i AM an alien. mi attenae work and i feel connected to the earth through the universe. i remember back in the seventies/eighties when women first start wearing weaves and the perms were a big thing. there were big arguments about women’s hair in the corporate world. i hate that it got so big and we got disconnected. today a lot of men are wearing their hair long, and yall get mad at us for having our attenae up and “staying woke.” y’all want us to go back to the tamed and controlled way, like caged animals. mi name is not harambe. the white people we want to work for and with understand our culture. i think you’re individually beautiful inside and out. you shouldn’t have to feel like you have to put on an asian woman’s ash, a white woman’s smile, and an indian woman’s hair to bee worth something. you were born perfectly to say what you were born to say and there is nothing that will change that. i just wish there wasn’t this interference in the way so you could hear me telling you this.

aint shit pretty.
